Who we are

Healing Capital is a free app from Insightful Recovery Solutions LLC, a Massachusetts company founded by Tye Perryman. In these terms, “we” means Insightful Recovery Solutions LLC and “you” means the person using the app.

What the app is, and what it is not

Healing Capital is a self-reflection and peer-support tool. You rate areas of your life, read a daily card, and write your own goals.

It is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, counseling or legal advice. Using it does not create a relationship with a doctor, clinician or counselor. Your scores are your own self-ratings, not a diagnosis.

Talk with a qualified professional about your health. Do not stop or change any treatment because of something in this app.

Not a crisis service

Nobody watches the app in real time. If you are in danger, call 911. For a mental health or substance use crisis, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. More lines are on the Need help now page.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and in the United States. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we delete it.

The written reflection

If you ask for a written reflection, an AI system (Claude, from Anthropic) writes it from your first name, your total score and tier, and the names and ratings of your three focus areas. AI can be wrong. Treat the reflection as a prompt to think, not as advice.

Your account and your entries

You can use the app without an account. If you sign in with your email, keep access to that email private, because the sign-in code goes there.

What you write in the app stays yours. We use it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy page. You can download it or delete it at any time from Settings.

Our content

The daily cards, the Healing Capital assessment, The Insightful Way™ and the other methods in the app belong to Tye Perryman and Insightful Recovery Solutions LLC. You can use them for your own growth and share a card with your own name on it. Do not copy, sell or republish them in other products without written permission.

Feedback

If you send feedback, we may use it to improve the app without owing you anything for it. We do not publish your name or your words without asking you first.

Fair use

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break in, overload it, read other people’s data, or send spam through the feedback page. We may limit or block access that does.

Provided as it is

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or right for your situation.

To the extent the law allows, Insightful Recovery Solutions LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the app, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to $100. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update the app or these terms. If the terms change in a way that matters, we show the new date here and tell signed-in users by email. We may stop offering the app; if we do, we give signed-in users time to download their data.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Massachusetts.
